Fix mount park status
As reported in an INDI focus post , the on user cannot unpark, if there was an error in the unparking process. This MR reset INDI::Telescope internal mount parking state after an error is emitted.
@edejouhanet Is there a way to disable some tests to bring the total testing duration < 1 hour so we can get at least useful testing results?
