Mount target position also set by a sync command

The meridian flip is executed based upon the latest target the mount was pointing to. Typically, the target is reached by slewing to a certain position. In this case, the meridian flip works as expected.

With this bug fix it is also possible to set the mount position with a SYNC. As soon as tracking is turned on, the meridian flip feature is active.

Test Scenario

Move the mount to a position close but east of the meridian (not by slewing, move manually). Issue a sync to the position it is pointing to - e.g. by executing a single alignment with the "Sync" option selected. Now wait until this point in the sky crosses the meridian.

With this fix, a meridian flip is executed, without it, nothing should happen.
