Bugfix phd2 protocol tolerance

Fixes two issues seen during PHD2 cloudy test:

  • Calibration failing when star-lost occurs during that sequence.
  • Abort timer not stopped when resuming guiding, after deviation or suspend for instance.

Raises default calibration timeout to 600s.
