Dso color selector

Valentin Boettcher requested to merge vboettcher/kstars:dso_color_selector into master

the dso db gains a catalog_colors table for user-configured colors. The default colors for each catalog are parsed from the color field [default];[scheme name];[color].... Fixes #123 (closed)

The DSO manager has a new button to change catalog colors.
