Eliminating formerly required Python options for local astrometry.net on MacOS
The goal is to simplify the astrometry.net package on MacOS so that Netpbm and python will never have to be included. StellarSolver already limited that quite a bit, but its still possible right now for people to solve using the external astrometry.net's built in star extraction. Formerly that needed netpbm and python. With the StellarSolver changes I made the other day, that will no longer be necessary. So hopefully next we can simplify the craft build
