Hy Murveit requested to merge murveit/kstars:readme-mr into master

Added a small section in the README.md to suggest a format for Merge Request descriptions. Pointed to !33 (merged) as the prototypical description.

Changed the words "Pull Request" -> "Merge Request".

Merge request reports
