PolarAlign: Add image number display in refresh phase.

Small change to the polar-align UI in response to https://indilib.org/forum/ekos/10769-polar-alignment-suggestion.html

Add a image-number display, simply counts the images taken in the refresh phase of polar alignment. See: https://photos.app.goo.gl/c1rcLoE6VMtkKqP97 There's a new display with label "Image#:" and a text box besides it (that shows "9" in the above link). It's on the 3rd to bottom row in the center.
