Draft: EKOS alignment in combination with INDI slews

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_align_indi_slew into master

Using EKOS alignment in combination with tools like SkySafari that have their own INDI connection needs some adaptions, since the Align module expects to receive its target from the Mount module.

  • Write alignment test case
  • Fix IndiElement::setValue() - required to programmatically set INDI property values.
  • Fix Align
