Fix for regression introduced in step 1

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_step1 into master

Although filter change is not part of capture preparation, signaling a filter change is essential for meridian flips at the end of a sequence. If this is not signaled, guiding is not restarted.
