Bugfix selecting guide deviation when guiding is not running

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_guide_deviation_no_guider into master

If the option "Only start if Guide Deviation < xy" is set, it should be possible to capture previews without the guider is running. The current implementation is too strict and requires guiding running even for previews.

Additionally, this change contains

  • a fix for crash caused when stopping capturing while waiting for the defined guide threshold
  • a test case for the recently published fix for capturing dark libraries
