Whenever stars have Henry Draper numbers, make them show up as their names

Akarsh Simha requested to merge asimha/kstars:user/akarsh/star_designations_in_tooltips into master

This way, we don't show "star" when we can instead be showing "HD 123456". This also causes features like Observation Planner to behave correctly with stars that have HD designations, i.e. the images and the user log are correctly saved and restored.
