Fixes and some improvements to the "Add catalog object" UI

  • Load data from existing entries correctly
  • Fix saving of RA (SkyPoint::setRA0() takes hours)
  • Increase the limits on major and minor axes to 10°
  • Increase limit on faintest magnitude to 30.0
  • Support unknown magnitudes (written as NaN into DB)
  • Fix tab order
