Analyze bugfix and complete unfinished scheduler job

In Analyze, the scheduler timeline wasn't being erased properly when a new .analyze file was read. Also, sometimes Ekos ends before the scheduler job ends (e.g. crash or user kills ekos). We can still properly display the scheduler job on the timeline in that circumstance.
