Fixed the following L1P bugs:

If num steps = 1 and start point is outside optimum focus, L1P solves too soon. Bug reported by Hy.
Bug in the last fix for restart bug. Typo != should be ==
Moved 1 debug msg to Focus status window msg and 1 other debug msg to info msg. Requested by user.
