Adapting UI tests to new optical trains

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:testcases_for_optical_trains into master

The recent change MR !721 (merged) introduced optical trains and removed device selections from the modules. This MR is intended to adapt the KStars UI test cases such that their device selection is shifted to optical trains.

Tasks:

  • change test cases such that the optical trains manager is closed at startup
  • adapt test cases that rely on the optical trains setup
  • change optical train such that programmatic changes to the optical train are propagated to all EKOS modules
