Meridian flip delay in degrees and some layout optimizations

This change includes several minor changes that improve KStars handling:

• the meridian flip status is displayed also on the summary tab
• the meridian flip delay is only in RA degrees
• on the summary tab all module states are uniformly displayed with LEDs, the rotating progress indicators have been removed
• the target is displayed above the last capture on the summary tab, where is more space for longer target names

Additionally, a bug where alignment didn't start after a meridian flip was flipped as well.
