Reword ProfileEditor tooltips, especially remote INDI chaining.

This MR rewords the tooltips in the ProfileEditor. Remote INDI chaining now appears as:

(EDIT: in this screenshot the field is filled with test data, the placeholder text actually reads driver@host:port,driver@host,@host:port,@host,driver)

Both label and associated widget now display the same tooltip.

Top Host/Port fields are moved to the center of their UI box, to prevent them from sticking to their left neighbor:
