Horizontal splitters added to modules layout

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:refactor_ui_splitter into master

Capture, Focus, Align and Guide module layouts all contain a left and a right part. This change adds a splitter between these two parts so that users can modify the width of the left and right parts.

This realizes a feature request from the INDI forum.
