Scheduler option for repeating the entire schedule

Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:feature_scheduler_repeat into master

We introduce a new option that makes it possible to repeat the entire list of scheduled jobs if they have been completed. This option is interesting for those use cases where astronomers make scans over portions of the sky through the entire night.
