Another finish-repeat bugfix--re no RememberProgress and job reset.

Hy Murveit requested to merge murveit/kstars:scheduler49 into master

The completedIterations variable was not properly reset when a repeatN job was reset, and re-run in the same session, and run without RememberJobProgress.
