Wolfgang Reissenberger requested to merge wreissenberger/kstars:bugfix_wall_source into master

The internal state for capturing flats and darks using a wall source is not reset. As result, a single flat sequence cannot be repeated. This change fixes this and initializes the preparation state properly.
