correction of spelling mistakes - italian course

With this commit I have personally finished the italian training course, and I am very grateful for this nifty piece of software, which proved a loyal companion and teacher in my process of learning how to touch-type. I hope to have tackled all the mistakes and errors which were left across the course. All the best, Edoardo
