Use consistent (locale-wise) symbol separators in help messages for functions
We should use consistent (i.e. locale-wise) symbol separators in help messages for functions. For example, on my system, the proper symbol separator is semicolon ";", but in help messages I see "," which is misleading. However, a comma (",") is used as a decimal separator in my locale.
Another interesting example (what does the comma between zeroes in the "equal" function really mean?):
This is how it works in Libreoffice Calc:
- With the Polish locale (space is used as a thousand separator, "," used as a decimal separator, ";" used as a function term separator)
- With the English locale ("," is used as a thousand separator, "." used as a decimal separator, "," used as a function term separator):
