Fix FourierFiltering

  • Fix problems with Numberspinbox when the set value is smaller than the allowed number with defined decimals
  • Fix problems with Numberspinbox, that min and max are not rounded anymore with the defined decimals.
  • Fix Fourierfiltering with datetimes on the x axis
  • Create infrastructure for future test for the fourierfiltering
