Refactoring position

Move everything related to positioning into worksheetelement, so it can be reused.

TODO:

• remove all name() methods from the privates. It is part of the worksheetelementprivate class
• Check Column Asignment
• Custom point Keypress (Values in Dock wrong). 5ff4d0c5
• Custompoint position for InfoElement is wrong
• Rotation of Legend not working correctly (When alignment is not center)
