[worksheet] multiple fixes in the worksheet dock widget

  • properly react on orientation changes in the worksheet properties explorer
  • orientation and page changes in one single undo/redo step
  • set the initial standard page and the orientation to A4/portrait. this should be used as default initial setting when the user switches from Custom to Standard Page
