Better Axis BoundRect

Description

Added cases where if the boundingrect of the title does not intersect with the boundingrect of the Axis, T-shaped elonged polygon to be drawn to contain both of them, otherwise a cross shaped polygon to be drawn to contain both title rect and axis rect
