For now the KoShapeSavingContext is only passed to KoParagraphStyle, KoListStyles
and KoListLevelProperties. Passing the KoShapeSavingContext is needed to be able
to save used images in the style e.g. image bullets.
Make readonly methods in KoParagraphStyle const.
Make saveOdf const.
