* this still doesn't fix bug 276384. Are you sure that Scribe is ready
to deal with QTextLength for e.g. table margins? I start to doubt that.
* also those propertyLength/QTextFormat::Block*Margin).value(0) looks
rather fishy cause the value-arg is the maximum value and that means
we can only have negative margins now but nothing >0, right?
* was it really a good idea to port to QTextLength taken into account
how much things got broken by it? :-/
