Draft: [termgeneratortest] Rework unit test for negative numbers

Archaeopteryx Lithographica requested to merge archaeopteryx/baloo:baloo-termgeneratortest into master

Replace testNumbers with a collection of tests; testing integer, real and scientific notation formats separately.

Retain the QEXPECT_FAIL for negative numbers.
