Add "task-recurring" and "appointment-recurring" icons

Glen Ditchfield requested to merge gditchfield/breeze-icons:recurring into master

KOrganizer uses these icons, which are missing from Breeze. In Oxygen, they are implemented as symbolic links to "view-refresh". This patch takes the same approach.
