Fix fNameReg regex

Noah Davis requested to merge work/ndavis/fix-qrcAlias into master

Currently, qrcAlias.cpp is breaking on valid SVG code and thus the whole breeze-icons build is broken. This fixes that.

Needs a review from someone familiar with this stuff.
