Make emblem-important icon less super duper attention getting
requested to merge ngraham/breeze-icons:less-super-attention-getting-emblem-important-icons into master
The large square and orange background make this icon slightly more scary and attention-getting than was probably originally intended.
Let's soften it by changing the shape to a circle and the color to the highlight color. As a bonus, this makes the background respect the current accent color.
