Newer Redshift Icons

This merge request is to replace my previous one: !251 (closed) I tried to 'rebase' but it didn't seem to work.
Update Redshift icons to off on & night
Redshift icon set with off, on & day states. Lightbulb sits beside cross, moon & sun respectively, to indicate the states.
The existing icon is unclear as it looks like an exclamation mark. The new lightbulb is more bulb-shaped.
File naming: I maintained two of my files as per the existing two redshift icons: redshift-status-off.svg + redshift-status-on.svg, I created a new third icon redshift-status-day.svg for use as daytime state (there wasn't an existing icon to replace). Perhaps the 'on' one should be renamed to 'night'?
