Make redshift-status-on moon bigger

After seeing this icon in a system tray on Nate's blog today https://pointieststick.com/

I think it looks too small next to the other icons. The current version has a 1px margin at the left side & the lower edge (to match up with a bit of the redshift-status-day icon I think). The margins are in addition to the 3px ones that are required. This MR has an increased moon size to eliminate the extra 1px margins on the left and at the bottom. The bulb & shine bits remains the same.

Note: the redshift-status-day icon already reaches the max left & bottom edge. The redshift-status-off one doesn't but enlarging the off cross might look odd. I'll maybe try it see how that'd look too.
