Add applications/pkcs12 mime type icon

That's the current/new mime type in shared mime info, with applications/x-pkcs12 being an alias now

I get icons for my pfx files now

Interestingly, before, the file type editor resolved the icon fine with the alias type but the view wouldnt sohw it e Screenshot_20200724_140628
