Add battery icons for power profiles
This MR adds battery status icons including the power profile information. Currently for the powersave and performance profile:
I welcome early feedback on the general design before I draw more.
The icons are made with the help of a Python script. It's a bit dirty because I need to invoke Inkscape for a path operation and Scour to get nice optimized files. I could add it (and the SVG's it uses) to the repo if deemed useful. The script also generates the -charging versions because it was easy to add.
