Draft: Make base donate and help-donate icons be hearts

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/breeze-icons:donation-icon-becomes-a-heart into master

This seems less mercenary than showing a currency symbol.

If you love it, donate do it, and if you donate do it, its authors will love you!

Draft because:

  • the -symbolic versions still look like a banknote in Icon Explorer
  • The new appearance isn't working in Dolphin

And I have not figured these issues out yet. I suspect the icon changes here are correct and something is asking for a different icon for some reason. Need to investigate further.
