Add rating-half, 100% opacity for rating-unrated, Text color for rating in dark theme

• rating-half was added for knewstuff!92 (merged)

• 60% opacity made it harder to make a half-star icon that matched the look of both rating and rating-unrated

• rating in the dark theme wasn't consistent with rating in the light theme
