clang-format points requiring discussion
I found a couple of issues:
switch () {
case a:
break;
case b: {
.....
}
break;
}
is changed by clang-format to put break;
after the case b closing brace, so it becomes:
switch () {
case a:
break;
case b: {
.....
} break;
}
the alternative is to move the break;
statement inside its case braces:
switch () {
case a:
break;
case b: {
.....
break;
}
}
I couldn't find a clang-format option that controls that.
The second issue, this:
info.permissions = (mode_t) - 1;
info.size = (KIO::filesize_t) - 1;
is changed to:
info.permissions = (mode_t)-1;
info.size = (KIO::filesize_t)-1;
