Default to QT_MAJOR_VERSION as 6 now that frameworks needs Qt6

Nerdopolis Turfwalker requested to merge nerdopolist/extra-cmake-modules:buildwithqt6 into master

Otherwise frameworks fail to configure with "Could not find a package configuration file provided by "Qt5" (requested version 6.4.0)
