Brand new theme consistent with develop.kde.org/docs

This provide a nice and consistent look and feel for the documentation. Many visual glitches and bug in the dark theme were fixed at the same time. And in Kirigami documentation, "org::kde:kirigami::" was replaced by just "Kirigami." to make it easier to read.
