Deprecate remaining KFilterDev API in favour of KCompressionDevice

Not sure if there is a need to keep the MIME type aspect out of KCompressionDevice still? Other than that it seems KCompressionDevice can now completely replace KFilterDev, unless I missed something.

BEWARE: proposed for 5.85 right now, so only merge after next tagging if you are fine with this :)
