KCMShell: Add an option to show non-defaults indicators

Makes it posible to highlight non-default values as in systemsettings, via kcmshell --highlight, which can be quite helpful when making or debugging kcms.

This got lost in the transition from kde-cli-tools (commit 6bb3814e857e129d001561e4612f48ac322fafbf)
