KCModuleQml: Set and inherit LayoutMirroring on an off-screen window

Fixes broken layouts in various places in RTL mode, such as popup dialogs.

See !141 (merged) for screenshots. It was created for kf5 branch first, but now I was finally able to test it on master, so here it is.
