KPluginDelegate: Clean up QML/JS code style, bump imports

At the time of writing, Kirigami.ToolBarLayout is not adapted to Qt 6, which results on long hangs on startup. But the actions list assignment code is correct anyway.

Note about the paragraph above: it seems to work fine now.
