The menu key and Shift+F10 should both open a context menu for the object that currently has keyboard focus. Not every keyboard has a Menu key and some users might want to re-bind Shift+F10. Adding "OpenContextMenu" will allow that.

This will be used in kxmlgui!194 (merged).
