fix: default shortcut of Cut should be Ctrl+Delete rather than Shift+Delete

It's a 21-year-old copy-paste error. In 2001, Ellis Whitehead tidy the code of default shortcuts in kdelibs to make it more maintainable. But he do a wrong copy-paste from Ctrl+Delete to Shift+Delete1. And then in KDE 5, this code was copied to kf5/kconfig2 and stay there until today.
