Use more precise icon for "Go up" action
Right now it uses a generic "go up" icon, but every usage of this action at https://lxr.kde.org/search?%21v=kf6-qt6&_filestring=&_string=go_up is for a "navigate to parent folder" action, and we have an icon for just that. So let's use it.
