Draft: Remove "called after the first use - ignoring" message in generated config files

They affect readability of test logs. For context, kwin uses KConfigXT in effects. Some tests reload effects (and quite often), which produces barely readable logs.

This change removes "called after the first use" debug message because it's not fatal and it adds unnecessary info to logs.
